By using Monogram AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Monogram AI is an AI-assisted monogram image generator. We refine prompts and send them to third-party AI models to produce images. We do not guarantee specific results, style accuracy, or professional design quality.

3. Credits and payments

• Credits are consumed when a generation job is submitted, regardless of outcome.
• Credits are non-refundable except for verified technical failures on our end.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable notice.
• Free credits given on signup have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

4. Generated content

• You own the images generated from your inputs for personal and commercial use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
• You must not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates third-party rights.
• We are not responsible for how generated images resemble existing trademarks, logos, or copyrighted works.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. AI outputs are inherently non-deterministic.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monogram AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including unsatisfactory image results.

7. Changes to the service

This is a side project. We may modify, pause, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in good faith.
